Our Programs
Vidya Vriksh Gurukul offers preschool, primary and secondary afterschool programs to help children develop the strong foundational skills needed in today's economy.
To ensure good learning outcomes, VVG offers a teacher training program for local youth who have completed Class 12 and aspire to become teachers. We also offer parent education programs to help parents further support their child's education.

Youth Programs
Seeds Program
बीज कार्यक्रम
Preschool: 3-5 yrs
- Develops socio-emotional, physical & cognitive skills needed for formal schooling. - Inspires curiosity & excitement for learning through activity- based lessons which explore science & art themes. - Introduces conversational Hindi, English & number sense.
Buds Afterschool Program
कलियां कार्यक्रम
Middle School: 10+ yrs
- Solidifies foundational language and math literacy skills. - Completion of a practical project to inspire curiosity and excitement. (Requires designing a solution to a problem.) - Helps each child choose their future track (vocational or academic ) by Grade 8 and develops the skills required to achieve that goal.
Roots Afterschool Program

Primary: 6-10 yrs
- Builds foundational skills in Hindi, English and math literacy. - Continues inspiring curiosity and excitement for learning through an activity-based curriculum. - Supports holistic development of each child.
Wings Mentorship Program
पंख कार्यक्रम
High School: 16+ yrs (PLANNED)
- Will provide individual tutoring to help all students finish Grade 12. - Group coaching & individual mentoring to help each student plan their specific college or job path. - Completion of optional practical project to support the student’s future goals.
Teacher Training Program
Vidya Vriksh Gurukul offers teacher training for aspiring local youth who have passed the Class 12 board exam and would like to explore the teaching profession.

1 year program includes training sessions in conjunction with classroom teaching experiences.

Focus areas include General Pedagogy & Child Development, Socio-Emotional Learning & Class Management, Content Instruction in Hindi, English & Math Teaching and Digital Literacy.
Young adults from Kisun Nagar village participate in teacher training.

Parent Education Program
We believe in partnering with parents to support their children's education and maximize learning outcomes.

During monthly meetings, students and teachers share school work and experiences with parents .

Parent education sessions include topics such as "How Children Learn", "Supporting Learning at Home" and "How Kids' Emotions Work."
VVG teachers and students share their learnings at monthly parent meeting.
